🔒 Files never leave your device. PDF processing uses pdf-lib loaded from jsdelivr, entirely in your browser.

How to merge PDF files online

Click Browse files or drag your PDFs into the drop zone. You can add as many files as you need — there is no limit. They appear in a list below the drop zone; use the × button to remove any you do not want. Once you have two or more files listed, click Merge & Download PDF. The merged file downloads to your device in seconds.

The order in the list is the order in the output. If you add files in the wrong order, remove them and re-add them in the correct sequence.

How to split or extract pages from a PDF

Switch to the Split / Extract Pages tab. Upload your PDF, then enter the pages you want in the input field. The format is flexible:

  • 1-5 — pages 1 through 5
  • 3, 7, 12 — individual pages
  • 1-3, 6, 9-11 — a mix of ranges and single pages

Click Extract Pages & Download and you will get a new PDF containing only the pages you specified, in the order they appear in the original document.

Privacy — why no upload?

Most online PDF tools upload your file to a third-party server to process it. That means a copy of your document sits on someone else's infrastructure, often for longer than the privacy policy suggests. This tool uses pdf-lib, a JavaScript library that runs the entire merge and split operation inside your browser tab. The file bytes move from your disk into browser memory and back to your disk — never across a network. It works even if you disconnect from the internet after the page loads.

Frequently asked questions

Is this PDF merger really free?
Yes, completely free. No account, no subscription, no watermark added to output files.
Is there a file size limit?
No enforced limit. Performance depends on your device — very large PDFs (500 MB+) may be slow on older hardware, but there is no artificial cap.
Can I merge more than two PDFs?
Yes. Add as many PDFs as you need. They will be merged in the order shown in the list.
Will the output PDF have a watermark?
No. The output is a clean, standard PDF — no watermarks, no branding, no metadata added by this tool.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The tool works on any device with a modern browser — phone, tablet, or desktop. Use the Browse button to select files from your device storage.
